When you buy any style, you can select pair for equal or lesser value for free. 

Revo Sonic

Learn more about Revo Sonic, Revo's first audio sunglass. It's equipped with our industry-leading Light Management System™, and paired with Bluetooth audio and state-of-the-art RevoWhisper™ technology.

To power on your Revo Sonic, hold down the Home Button until the power status prompt is heard, and the LED light is flashing blue. Revo Sonic will automatically connect to the last paired device.

To power off, hold down the Home Button until “power off” prompt is heard, and the LED light turns off.

Your sunglasses will automatically power off if placed upside down for 3 minutes.

Make sure Revo Sonic is off. Press and hold the Home Button for 5 seconds until the LED light starts flashing in red/blue and your hear “pairing”.

Turn on Bluetooth connectivity on your device and place your Revo Sonic next to it.

Open Bluetooth settings and connect to “Revo Sonic”.

The LED light will start flashing blue once it is paired to your device.

To pause and play music, tap the upper front corner of the frame. Press the Home Button to skip a song, or double click the Home Button to play the previous song.

To accept a phone call, single press the Home Button or swipe your finger backward along the right temple. To reject a phone call, long press the Home Button or swipe your finger forward along the right temple. To end a phone call click the Home Button.

To accept a second incoming call, single press the Home Button – your current call will be ended. To reject a second incoming call, long press the Home Button.

To increase volume, swipe your finger backward along the right temple. To decrease volume, swipe your finger forward along the right temple. Each swipe will adjust the volume by one level.

Charge your Revo Sonic by connecting the magnetic charging cable to the charging points located on the inside of the temple. Plug the USB connector of the charging cable into the USB port of a charger or computer. The LED light will turn red while charging and turn blue once it is fully charged.

Revo Sonic will turn off while it’s charging. Once you disconnect Revo Sonic from the charger, your sunglasses will turn on and automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

Revo Sonic sunglasses have an IP54 rating, meaning they are
protected against dust and spraying water from all directions. Revo Sonic
cannot be submerged in water.

Revo Sonic Privacy Policy

The Revo Sonic app is owned and operated by Solos Technology Limited, headquartered at Unit 211, 2/F Photonics Centre, No. 2 Science Park East Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park, Shatin, N.T. Hong Kong.

Solos Technology Limited built the Revo Sonic app as a free app. This service is provided to the user by Solos Technology Limited, at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page informs visitors and users about the policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for those using the Revo Sonic app.

If you choose to use the Revo Sonic app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that is collected is used to provide and improve the Revo Sonic app. Your information will not be used or shared with anyone except as described in this policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using the Revo Sonic app, you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to email, gender, weight, birth year and location. The information that is requested will be retained by Solos Technology Limited and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google Play Services

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use the Revo Sonic app, in a case of an app error, information and data is collected (through third party products) on your phone, called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the Revo Sonic app, the time and date of your use of the Revo Sonic app, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

The Revo Sonic app does not use “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse Revo Sonic’s cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the app.

Service Providers

Solos Technology Limited may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate their service;
To provide the service on their behalf;
To perform service-related services; or
To assist Solos Technology Limited in analyzing how their service is used.

We want to inform users of the Revo Sonic app, that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on Solos Technology Limited’s behalf. However, third party services are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

Your trust is valued in providing us and Solos Technology Limited with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Links to Other Sites

The Revo Sonic app may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by Revo or Solos Technology Limited. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

The Revo Sonic Privacy Policy does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the information is immediately deleted from Solos Technology Limited’s servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

ORDERS & RETURNS

We ship orders within 2 business days after your order was received.

When placing your order, you can choose our standard free shipping option, FedEx 2Day® expedited shipping for $14.95, or an $8.95 standard shipping for any order under $150. If you are outside the US, we offer a flat international shipping option for $25.

All orders may take up to 2 business days to process.

Revo offers returns within 30 days for merchandise purchased at Revo.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers are subject to those return policies and must be returned to that location.

All returns must be in the original case and in original condition without any sign of use for credit. 

Please note: you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Should you decide to use our prepaid return label, $15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you return merchandise for an exchange. Please note that the $15 label includes a temporary $5 surcharge due to increased shipping fees out of Revo’s control.

Original shipping charges are not refunded when an order is returned. Revo offers free shipping on orders over $150!

Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund within 5-7 business days.

For orders during a Buy 1, Get 1 promotion, a customer must return both items to receive a refund; otherwise, the order is valid for exchanges only. Partial refunds are not available.

It’s easy! You can initiate your return or exchange here. All products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in unused condition. Sale items and selected accessories that are marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are happy to offer you the option to generate a prepaid shipping label.

If you use this label, $15 will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you return merchandise for an exchange. Please note that the $15 label includes a temporary $5 surcharge due to increased shipping fees out of Revo’s control.

If you choose to ship the package using a carrier of your choice, your refund will be for the full purchase price paid.

Items marked as final sale, selected accessories and free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

To get your package ready:
- Initiate your return and print your prepaid shipping label.
- Attach the label to the box from your original order, or to any other shipping mailer of your choice.
- Drop your package in any FedEx box or the FedEx location of your choice.
- Please note orders must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent once the return package is in transit back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.

Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts and may have an expiration date.

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout for the discount to be applied. They cannot be applied to any previously placed orders. If we suspect misuse of a Promotion, it may be suspended or terminated. Revo.com promotional codes are only valid on Revo.com.

If you return an item purchased using a Promotion, that will be reflected in your refund amount; you will only be refunded the price you paid.

Promotional codes cannot be used on previous orders, however, Revo is happy to do a one-time adjustment if a promotion is received within 15 days of your order. Should this be the case, please contact Revo Customer Care for assistance at help@revo.com.

Promotional codes are only valid for purchases at Revo.com.  A retailer may choose to honor an online discount code but it’s at their discretion.

Please note that sale items are excluded from all promotions.

Your order confirmation email includes all the details of your order: order number, shipping method, and shipping/billing address. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Wallet. You can also pay in four installments with Afterpay using your Visa or Mastercard.

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every two weeks without any interest. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method and you will be directed to the Afterpay website. Applicable sales tax may be charged according to your shipping destination.

International orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country, not by Revo. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are only charged once the shipment reaches its destination.

Revo offers complimentary shipping (9-12 business days) on domestic orders over $150.  Revo also offers the option for FedEx 2Day Shipping for $14.95 Or Fedex Overnight for $25.

Revo offers International shipping for a flat $25 fee. 

Standard Free Shipping orders will be shipped by FedEx SmartPost. The final delivery may be handled by the USPS but the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email will be a FedEx tracking number.

No, return shipping is not complimentary unless you are exchanging for another frame.

We offer 2 options to complete your return: a prepaid label or a carrier of your choice.

If you use the prepaid label option, $15 will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to ship the package using a carrier of your choice, your refund will be for the full purchase price paid.

The Revo Light Management System (LMS)™ is our proprietary NASA-based lens technology that meticulously manages the entire spectrum of light to provide optimum vision in all conditions. Good, helpful light is allowed in and enhanced, while all harmful light is reduced or blocked.

Designed to bring Revo’s iconic NASA lens technology to the slopes, the Revo SuperNova+ lens is a cutting-edge Photochromic Serilium+ goggle lens with Revo’s signature Light Management System™ built in.

Revo’s SuperNova+ Goggle lens technology blocks 68% of light in its neutral state. When the technology is activated, it automatically darkens to block 88% of light.

Revo sunglasses are manufactured with medium dark/dark Category 3 lenses providing maximum sun protection due to the NASA technology-based Revo Light Management System™.

All Revo sunglasses are suitable for daylight driving.

- Revo Evergreen lenses block 87% of visible light and have 96% Blue light protection.

Serilium/Serilium+ lenses offer amazing impact-resistance and a lightweight feel while a Crystal glass lens is celebrated for its optical quality and scratch-resistance. All Revo lenses are polarized, feature the Light Management System™ and offer Blue light protection.

Serilium+ is a next generation featherlight, impact-resistant lens with stunning clarity. It is BPA and DEP-free with a High ABBE number of 52 for a refractive index close to glass.  It is also ANSI Z87.1 impact-resistant.

Crystal glass lenses are scratch-resistant and ground and polished to the same standard as a camera lens. Revo Crystal glass lenses are up to 20% lighter than traditional glass lenses and offer unsurpassed clarity without distortion.  The Crystal glass lens is Revo's latest lens tech advancement in which the mirror coating is encapsulated and protected within two layers of glass.

Revo Blue computer glasses and readers block and manage 80% of the most harmful rays of Blue light plus 100% of UV light.  They may help improve sleep patterns and protect you from the effects of digital eye strain from the use of your digital devices.

The Revo Eco collection features sunglasses crafted of a bio-acetate frame material that is completely organic, plant-based, sustainable, and biodegradable.

Revo SuperFlex™ is a flexible frame material and is available in both plastic and metal for next level durability. It absorbs impact, rendering the frames nearly indestructible.

Certain styles are already available with the prescription option our website. Available frames can be found here. Additional styles are being added often.

Orders for prescription lenses must be processed through an authorized Revo Rx retailer.

To find an authorized dealer near you, use the Store Locator and select the Rx-available filter.

You can wipe your sunglasses with the microfiber pouch included with your order or rinse with soap and temperate water. Avoid using hot water or abrasives as they can damage the lenses.

The measurements, provided in millimeters, indicate the size of the frame: width of lens-width of bridge-length of temple.

Revo sunglasses are crafted in Italy, Japan and Mauritius.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES

Yes, most Revo frames can be produced with prescription lenses. To find out if your preferred frame is available with a prescription, visit the Prescription Sunglasses page or check the product page of your preferred style.   

Single-vision lenses offer one correction throughout the entire lens while progressive lenses offer multiple corrections in one lens, providing a transition from distance correction on top to reading correction on the bottom.

Yes, our prescription lenses are manufactured using the same lens technology featured in our non-prescription lenses; all be polarized and block 100% of UVA, B and C light. They also block 99.9% of glare and manage 95% of Blue light.

Yes, the styles in this collection are available with Rx, but you will need to select either Serilium, Serilium + or Photochromic Serilium lenses.  Our Crystal glass lenses are not currently available with a prescription.

OD (oculus dextrous) means the right eye and OS (oculus sinister) means the left eye. The further away from zero the number on your prescription, the more vision correction (stronger prescription) you need. A “plus” (+) sign means you are farsighted, while a “minus” (-) sign means you are nearsighted.


If there are three numbers in your prescription, you have astigmatism. These numbers are written as SPH (or S); CYL (or C); Axis (or AX).

The S is "spherical", which refers to nearsightedness or farsightedness discussed previously.

The C refers to "cylinder” that is to correct a condition called astigmatism and can be a negative or a positive number. The bigger this number, the more astigmatism you have.

The Axis is a number anywhere between 0 and 180 degrees. It reveals the orientation of your astigmatism. It is not enough to specify how much astigmatism there is; we have to know where the difference in curvature is taking place to successfully fulfill your prescription.

Contact lens prescriptions are different, so you cannot use a contact lens prescription to order glasses.

Yes, the Rx for sunglasses and regular glasses are the same.

Pupillary distance (PD) is the distance between the centers of each eye. Your pupillary distance is an important piece of information when buying prescription glasses. If this measurement is not on your prescription, reach out to our team at rx@revo.com or refer to the clinic or optometrist that performed your last eye exam to obtain this information.

Your prescription must not be older than 24 months.

Due to HIPPA regulations, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to obtain and provide a current prescription.

WARRANTY, LENS REPLACEMENTS & REPAIRS

The Revo Care+ program offers you the opportunity to protect your Revo sunglass. If you choose this coverage, we’ll replace your damaged or lost sunglass for a small fee. Read more about the program here. (Some restrictions apply)

Revo Care+ is only available for purchase made with a pair of sunglasses ordered through Revo.com (Please note: Revo Care+ must be added to your order at the time your sunglass order is placed. Previous orders, & 3rd party purchases are not eligible for the Revo Care+ benefit.)

 

Replacements apply only to an identical pair. 

Revo Care+ is only available for purchase with a pair of sunglasses. You must purchase coverage for each pair of sunglass that you’d like to protect.  It’s valid one time within 2 years of purchase.

Revo Care+ is available for $18/sunglass. If you require a replacement, we charge the following fees for processing and shipping straight to your door:

All Revo sunglasses are protected under warranty up to two years after purchase, with proof from an authorized Revo dealer. The warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, alteration, misuse or abuse.

Manufacturing defects are any malfunctions or failures in the sunglasses that occur without an external cause, such as:

- Any breakage or cracking at soldering points, end pieces, bridge points, hinge points, temple tips, temple covers, or screw points (without evidence of improper adjustment)

- Hinge anchors that have loosened

- Excessive glue or scratching (from manufacturing only) at hinge points or on other parts of the frame

- Frames that lose their adjustment within 30 days of receipt

- Obvious color fading

*Broken, chipped, cracked, or scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturing defect.

Revo VIP PROGRAM

To learn about what the VIP Gold and VIP Platinum programs offer, please visit our VIP program page.

Yes, you must be invited to join our VIP program.

You will receive an invite to the VIP program if you have spent more than $500 within the past 2 calendar years. This is determined by orders placed by the same customer using the same email address. If you believe you qualify but have not receieved an invitation, please contact us at vip.gold@revo com.

You'll be invited to the VIP Gold program when you spend at least $500 within 2 consecutive years. You must spend at least $500 (excluding returns) in every 2-year period to maintain your status as a VIP Gold member.

You'll be invited to the VIP Platinum program when you spend at least $1,000 within 2 consecutive years. You must spend $1,000 (excluding returns) in every 2-year period to maintain your status as a VIP Platinum member.

To access your exclusive VIP pricing, you must log into Revo.com with the email address associated with your VIP invitation. The log in is located on the top right corner of the Revo.com home page; once you enter your email address, you'll receive a one-time code to complete your log in. You will automatically see your VIP pricing once you have successfully logged in.

You can combine promotional offers with your exclusive VIP pricing at check out. (up to 1 per order)

Certain exclusions may apply.

VIP Platinum Online ambassador events may include round tables with Annika Sorenstam, Bode Miller, Kendall Toole and more subject to availability and schedule at the sole discretion of Revo.

VIP members will receive an email before sale periods with private access for the best selection.

The VIP Program is open to non-US customers as well, but the VIP benefits are only offered on our US website (revo.com) and not on international websites. $25 international shipping will still apply to international VIP orders and are responsible for importation fees and duties.

VIP Platinum members may combine any frame style and color with their preferred Revo lens color. These orders should be placed directly with our VIP Platinum Concierge by email, specifying your preferred lens color and frame. The VIP Platinum Concierge email was shared with your in your VIP Platinum invitation. A $50 surcharge will apply to all custom-built Revo sunglasses. Glass lenses are not available in this program.

We prioritize VIP Platinum members on a first come, first serve basis for all serial numbered Limited Edition releases. If you are a Platinum member, you will receive a randomly allocated 0-200 serial numbered product. While low serial number inventory lasts.

VIP Platinum members may invite one customer every year to enjoy VIP Gold benefits for a period of 2 years. After the initial period, the customer must meet the spending threshold to maintain status.

You will need to inform your VIP Platinum Concierge of your friend/family member's name, email and delivery address. Processing time may take approximately 30 days from when the invitation is sent out.

Revo will select a special gift every year for all VIP Gold customers that can be added to any order placed. For VIP Platinum, a selection of items from which you can choose will be provided.

The chosen gift is subject to availability at the time your order is placed.

Interpretation of all program rules and benefits are at the sole discretion of Revo. The program is subject to change at any time without prior notice. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to receive email notifications regarding the program; any other email preferences remain unchanged.  Should you wish to decline the program invitation, please contact your VIP Concierge and you will be permanently removed.
